Howto: Initiate a Fake Call with a Swipe of Finger on Home Screen
Version 1.3 of Fake-Call Me Pro has a new killer feature where one can initiate a fake call with a swipe of finger on home screen. Here’s the
detailed instruction of setting up:
- uninstall any Fake-Call Me widget you previously installed if any
- Make sure Fake-Call Me pro shortcut is working first: long-tab on homescreen.
- select “shortcut”.
- select “FCM Pro”.
- press the “FCM Pro” shortcut on your home screen to make sure it works. It’d use the fake-call settings you last used
- download and install Go Launcher Ex.
- press home button and select Go Launcher Ex if you are asked to pick an application.
- press menu button, select “preferences”, then select “operation settings”.
- select either glide up or down action.
- select “shortcut”, then “FCM Pro”.
- press back button a couple of times to get back to your home screen.
- swipe your finger upward or downward(depeding on whether you configure glide up or down action) on home screen. A fake call should be triggered
- d.
- now remove the FCM Pro shortcut on your home screen cause you no longer need it.
You’ve got a secret way of scheduling a fake call.
Notes:
- Instead of using Go Launcher Ex, you can use any other home screen replacement app that supports binding guestures to shortcuts.
- The widget function has been replaced by the shortcut. So you should add FCM Pro shortcut to your homescreen if you want to have one-touch fake call scheduling.
